Este Contrato regula el acceso, instalación y uso del software KOKEN, así como los derechos y obligaciones de ONCE CERO CUATRO S.R.L. y el Usuario.
This Agreement governs the access, installation, and use of the KOKEN software, as well as the rights and obligations of ONCE CERO CUATRO S.R.L. and the User.
1. Identificación del Titular / Identification of the Owner
Titular del Software: ONCE CERO CUATRO S.R.L., sociedad de responsabilidad limitada, cédula jurídica N.º 3-102-807909, con domicilio en San Pablo de Heredia, Costa Rica.
Propietario del Software: KOKEN, sistema SaaS desarrollado y operado por ONCE CERO CUATRO S.R.L.
2. Definiciones / Definitions
Software: KOKEN, incluyendo todas sus funcionalidades, módulos, actualizaciones y extensiones.
Usuario: Toda persona física o jurídica que accede, instala o utiliza el Software.
